Join your FSR friends for a twist on our annual October "Lunch and Open Board Meeting". We'll be taking advantage of the cool fall weather in a relaxed socially distance enabled outdoor environment for a People's Choice Concours at the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport.
Simply register here online, indicate how many total attendees you'll have (very important) and select your car and Concours Class. We even have a class for “My Other Car”, so you have no excuses – it will all be for fun. Then show up and enjoy the morning! Immediately following the show we will hold our Annual Open Board Meeting onsite. Please note that you must register for this event. Due to COVID restrictions, spectators will not be permitted and space is limited.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, October 3, 2020.
- Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- Location: Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport, 100 Marclay Road, Williamsburg.
- Awards for all classes and a few special ones too.
- Food: Refreshments and light fare for all immediately after the show.
Event Restrictions:
- 75 person limit – Must register in advance and SELECT NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WHEN YOU REGISTER. IF YOU'RE BRINGING ONE CAR, PLEASE REGISTER EVRYONE IN YOUR PARTY ON THE SAME REGISTRATION WITH THAT CAR. IF YOU REGISTER SEPARATELY, IT IMPLIES THAT YOU'RE EACH BRINGING A CAR.
- Facemasks must be worn at all times. Please read the FSR COVID-19 Safety Rules on the next page.
- PCA CDE (COVID) Waiver must be signed by all attendees. If you have already turned in a CDE Waiver at a previous event, we do not need another one. If you have not, please go to the link below, print and sign the waiver and bring it with you to the event. PCACommunicableDiseaseWaiver202005281.pdf
- We cannot accept on-site registrations and non-registered folks will be turned away. Sorry!
