Join your FSR friends on July 15, 2023 for an exhilarating Fun Run along the scenic seaside and bayside roads of the Eastern Shore.
We will meet at The Oyster Farm auxiliary parking lot located at 500 Marina Village Circle in Cape Charles, Va. at 9:30AM. Our drive will take us on a loop of the Eastern Shore to experience its renowned picturesque coastline, charming seaside towns and captivating bayside scenery.
The drive will conclude at approximately 1PM for lunch at the Cape Charles Distillery, located at 222 Mason Ave. in Cape Charles. The Distillery is owned by First Settlers member Liam Duncan. Cocktails, mocktails and other beverages will be available for purchase.
Food will be available from Liv’s Café and can be ordered online before the event. Orders will be delivered to the Cape Charles Distillery in time for lunch. Please review their menu, make your choices and handle payments online at their website https://www.livscafedeli.com. Add a note to "Deliver to Cape Charles Distillery on July 15".
The registration deadline is July 10. Please indicate if you are registering for just the drive, just lunch, or both. If you will be joining us for lunch, please indicate the number in your party. There are also other activities of interest in Cape Charles on July 15. The Schooner Virginia will be in port and will be available for visiting. In addition, The Jangling Reinharts will be playing a free concert in the park at 7PM. Bring your chairs and make an evening of it!
