Event requirements
Cancelations must be made no later than December 2, 2025. Cancel via MSR or contact the INWR Social Chair (social@inwr.pca.org) or MSR Registrar (registrar@inwr.pca.org). No refunds after December 2, 2025.
For Registrants or Guests with PCA membership (Active, Family Active, Associate, and Affiliate with PCA issued membership numbers), INWR is partially subsidizing the dinner and cost is $50 per person. Individual membership numbers are required for each member to be considered a PCA member. Contact the INWR Member Chair, Patrick Schallert, email membership@inwr.pca.com if you qualify for membership as Active, Family Active, Associate or Affiliate but do not have a PCA issued membership number.
If a Registrant wishes to bring a non PCA member Guest, the charge for the non-member Guest is $75 per person.
