Join your FSR friends for our annual Open Board Meeting, Lunch and People's Choice Concours. This year's Concours event will take advantage of the cool, fall weather in a relaxed outdoor environment at the Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport.
Like last year, we will have a class for all Porsche’s including a "Dirtiest Porsche" class. Returning will be a “My Other Car” class, so you have no excuses for not participating. Hopefully we can secure some children/grandchildren/nieces/nephews so we can have them select and bestow a special Kids Choice Award.
Simply register here online, indicate how many total attendees you'll have (very important), whether you're bringing any youngsters and how many will stay for lunch, and select the car class in which you wish to participate. Each show participant will receive an event-oriented gift just for registering. Anyone wishing to come to just the board meeting may do so, but priority will be given to those showing cars. We are also in need of a few volunteers to help park cars and to tally votes. Immediately following the show we will hold our Annual Open Board Meeting onsite. Please note that you must register for this event and we're limited to 120 attendees.
Event Details:
- Date: Saturday, September 11, 2021.
- Time: 9AM – 2:30PM
- Location: Williamsburg-Jamestown Airport, 100 Marclay Road, Williamsburg.
- Fee: $20 per car entered in the show
- Awards: Participants gift and awards for all classes and a few special ones too.
- Food: Lunch immediately following the Concours.
Event Info:
- Must register in advance and SELECT NUMBER OF ATTENDEES WHEN YOU REGISTER. IF YOU'RE BRINGING ONE CAR, PLEASE REGISTER EVERYONE IN YOUR PARTY ON THE SAME REGISTRATION WITH THAT CAR. IF YOU REGISTER SEPARATELY, IT IMPLIES THAT YOU'RE EACH BRINGING A CAR.
- If you are unvaccinated, please wear a face covering. If you are experiencing any cold symptoms, please stay home.
- We cannot accept on-site registrations and non-registered folks will be turned away. Sorry!
